This website and the
"Fallen Racer Memorial" that stands in the MRP
infield honors racers who are no longer with us.
A list of drivers, promoters
and other personalities associated with MRP’s 40 years
of continuous operation will be honored with bronze
plaques that are installed on the monument.
Promoter Hawes is most
insistent that those who have participated in the 40-year
history of MRP should never be forgotten.
